- All prices are listed and processed in U.S. Dollars (USD) only.
- Payment is accepted exclusively via bank transfer (wire transfer). No other forms of payment (such as cards, cash on delivery, or digital wallets) are accepted.
- Payment details will be provided at checkout or directly after order confirmation. Orders will not be shipped until payment is confirmed.
- In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders before shipping.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed as soon as they are confirmed and sent to production — no cancellations are possible once processing begins.
- Delivery timelines vary, but standard orders typically arrive within 10 business days.
- Delivery fees and availability will be displayed at checkout.
- Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is delivered to the carrier.
5. Returns & Warranty
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- You must notify us within 2 days of receiving your order at info@darkfighters.com to initiate a return.
- Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Certain products (such as custom orders, clearance items, or bulbs after use) are non-returnable.
- Warranty coverage (if applicable) will be outlined in each product’s description. Installation by non-qualified personnel may void warranties.

- DarkFighters is not liable for any damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications of our products.
